Personnel change in Executive Board of Schaltbau Holding AG

Munich, 10 June 2016 - Elisabeth Prigge, CFO of Schaltbau Holding AG since
1 September 2012, will leave the company by mutual consent with effect from
30 June 2016. Ms Prigge will continue to serve the Schaltbau Group in an
advisory capacity as the need arises. The Supervisory Board would like to
thank Ms Prigge for her faithful service to the Schaltbau Group and wishes
her all the best for both her professional and personal future. A new CFO
will be appointed in the course of 2016.
