Schaltbau Holding AG: Executive Board Spokesman Dr Jürgen Cammann resigns
Munich, 22 November 2016 – The Spokesman of the Executive Board of Schaltbau Holding AG, Dr Jürgen Cammann, has informed the Supervisory Board that due to conflicting ideas concerning cooperation between the two boards he is resigning from his post as member of the Executive Board with effect from 30 November 2016. The Supervisory Board will seek a successor for Dr Cammann without delay.

Furthermore, with the appointment of Mr Thomas Dippold, the Supervisory Board has now filled the vacant board position with responsibility for the Schaltbau Group’s finances. Mr Dippold has been appointed to the Executive Board of Schaltbau Holding AG in the position of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with effect from 1 January 2017. He most recently worked as CFO for Faber-Castell AG and prior to that at Semikron International GmbH.
