Munich / Dinslaken, 4 March 2013 – Negotiations to take over the Dutch railway infrastructure specialist Vialis Railway Systems B.V. by PINTSCH BAMAG Antriebs- und Verkehrstechnik GmbH, based in Dinslaken, a wholly owned subsidiary of Schaltbau Holding AG (ISIN DE0007170300), have been surprisingly broken off by the seller at an advanced stage of the negotiations without giving a reason.
