Helmut Meyer returning to the Supervisory Board

München (Germany), June 2, 2017 –Schaltbau Holding AG (WKN 717030 – ISIN DE0007170300) is announcing that Mr Helmut Meyer has terminated his tenure in the Executive Board of the Company, and again belongs to the Supervisory Board of the Company as of June 1, 2017.

Mr Meyer was delegated from the Supervisory Board to the Executive Board effective December 1, 2016 for six months, after the resignation of the former Speaker of the Executive Board, Dr. Jürgen Cammann. This period ended on May 31, 2017.
