Schaltbau Executive Board: Change in 'Mobile Traffic Technology' Segment

Munich, June 20, 2017. The Schaltbau Group, internationally leading provider of advanced traffic technologies, is announcing that Mr Ralf Klädtke, responsible for the segment “Mobile Traffic Technology” as a Member of the Executive Board of Schaltbau Holding AG (WKN 717030; ISIN DE0007170300), is to resign from his office effective June 30, 2017 in the best mutual agreement and on his own request in order to focus on new challenges.

Following Mr Klädtke’s departure, the Executive Board of the Schaltbau Group is going to be temporarily composed of two members. However, it is intended to re-enlarge the Executive Board within the foreseeable future in order to strengthen the operative competence also in the future.

The Supervisory Board and the remaining members of the Executive Board are expressing their gratitude to Mr Klädtke for his committed and successful tenure for the Schaltbau Group, and are wishing him all the very best for his further personal and business future.
