Munich/Dinslaken, 27. August 2024 – Pintsch GmbH (“Pintsch”), a subsidiary of Schaltbau Holding AG, announces a change in its management.

Nicolas Hélary, Managing Director of Pintsch GmbH since October 1, 2023, is also taking on the role of Spokesman of the Pintsch Group Management Board with immediate effect.

Tilo Brandis is stepping down from his position as Managing Director of Pintsch GmbH and is leaving the company by mutual agreement. We would like to thank Tilo Brandis for the successful digital transformation of the Pintsch Group and the modernization and digitalization of the product portfolio.
