Schaltbau Holding AG expands Executive Board

Munich, 27 June 2012 – Elisabeth Prigge (51) will become Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Schaltbau Holding AG with effect from 1 September 2012, increasing the company’s Executive Board to three members.

Since completing her studies in economic sciences at the University of Münster, Mrs. Prigge has held various management positions. She worked for VDO in Australia, France and the Netherlands and for Metabo in Australia and was Head of Accounting/ Group Reporting for Metallgesellschaft in Frankfurt am Main. Mrs. Prigge subsequently provided services to stock-exchange listed and medium-sized companies in an executive and advisory capacity. In 2006, she also became a partner of Industrie Consult International M&A GmbH, Düsseldorf.

Dirk Löchner, member of the Executive Board of Schaltbau Holding AG since 6 Februar 2012, will be responsible in future for corporate development, focusing on business expansion and coordination of the Group’s non-German entities

Dr Cammann continues to serve as spokesman of the Executive Board.
